  My experience at Big Whiskey's was a positive one. Service was fast and friendly. There is a tremendous whiskey selection and there are plenty of TVs if you're looking to catch the game. The burgers here stand out and you can't really go wrong with any of them. I also really enjoyed the fries. The pizzas are decent too. The cheese and flatbread aren't the greatest, but the sauce reminded me of a pizza I've had as a kid and had a rich tomato taste. Overall, this is a good spot to grab a quick bite.

  Decided to ignore some of the other reviews and give it a try due to its location being convenient. It took forever for someone to take our order even though it appeared there were a lot of free staff. Our actual waitress was friendly. The food was mediocre at best. The chips and salsa were basically out of a bag and jar they got from Wal-Mart. I'd go on but you get the idea. Give this place a pass.

  Worst experience ever! 2 of the 4 orders were wrong. We waited at least 20 minutes for drinks. Had to take glasses to the bar ourselves to get refills. Food was not good at all. I would not recommend this location in the downtown little rock area. We also had to take our own food to the kitchen door to let them know it was not correct because our server was not to be found! And on a final note I do not wish to give them any stars for this review but it is required in order to do a review!!!

  The waitress "Madison" was amazing with her customer service, as busy as the restaurant was, she came and refilled our waters the whole time, took care of our needs, brought or food in a timely fashion was was very attentive to our family at our table! This waitress will be great if you get her for serving your table.

  If it weren't for the service I would've given it 5 stars. The food was what we expected and more. Great burger, fries were fantastic, not too pricy. The staff was horrible. Our waitress disappeared 30 minutes at a time and the place wasn't even that busy. Probably won't return. Only got 1 refill on my drink well after my food was already finished. Once I received that refill it was 45 minutes before we were able to pay and leave.
